Terms & Guarantee

Plain-language summary of how the OmniFlows AI Lead Engine engagement works. The binding terms are those in your signed service agreement; where the two differ, the signed agreement controls. Have your own advisor review before relying on this.

1. The 60-Day Booked-Job Guarantee

If we don't generate at least 10 qualified booked appointments — from missed-call recovery and dead-lead reactivation — within the first 60 days after your Full Go-Live Date, we refund your entire $2,000 setup fee and you walk away owing nothing further.

Definitions

Qualified booked appointment — a real prospect who requested service and was booked onto your calendar through the AI Lead Engine (via our tracking numbers and campaigns). Spam, wrong numbers, and existing scheduled jobs don't count.
Full Go-Live Date — the date all core systems (missed-call text-back, speed-to-lead, dead-database reactivation, and AI appointment booking) are active. The 60-day guarantee window starts on this date.

What we need from you (conditions)

So the engine can actually do its job, the guarantee assumes you:

Connect your business phone line, CRM, and calendar at onboarding.
Respond to booked appointments promptly (we'll agree on a response window at kickoff).
Mark jobs won/lost in the CRM so results are measurable.
Provide your dead-lead/old-quote list for reactivation.

The guarantee covers AI-sourced appointments only (calls and leads that flow through our tracking numbers and campaigns). Maximum refund is the $2,000 setup fee — it is never an uncapped revenue promise. Monthly service fees already paid for work performed are non-refundable.

2. The Engagement

Setup & install: $2,000 one-time. Includes your Revenue Leak Map, full AI Lead Engine build, and 30 days of monitoring & optimization.
Ongoing service: $1,500/month, 3-month minimum, then month-to-month. Includes 24/7 monitoring, campaign tweaks, new reactivation waves, and support.
Timeline: missed-call capture goes live within 72 hours; the full engine within 14 days.
Cancellation: after the 3-month minimum, cancel any time with notice as set in your agreement. The engine plugs into tools you already own (phone, CRM, calendar).

3. AI Communications

The AI is trained on your business and tone, and you approve the conversation flows before launch. You're responsible for ensuring your customer contact (including SMS to your existing leads) complies with applicable consent and messaging laws; we configure the system to support compliant opt-out handling.
